Returns/Exchanges/Credit
Our goal is that you NEVER need to return and NEVER desire an exchange, but we know that this is not always the case.
If you are not wholeheartedly satisfied with your purchase you may return your unworn item(s) within (7) days of receiving your order for a full store credit of the item(s) ONLY.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be immediately notified of your store credit.
If you are requesting a RETURN of the ordered item(s) the following policy applies: Item(s) MUST be returned in the original state received. This means that the item(s) cannot have any signs of wear, i.e., deodorant stains/streaks (even if this occurred during the try-on), no odors such as perfumes/colognes, food or smoke. For item(s) returned under any of the aforementioned conditions, we reserve the RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE OF THE ITEM(S).

AT THIS TIME TRANSPARENTLYFEMALE IS NOT PROVIDING MONETARY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. We will inform you when this policy is updated.
We recognize that printing errors may occur during processing. If you need to request a REPLACEMENT for misprinted or ill-printed item(s), please contact us at tfcare@iamtransparentlyfemale.com. Include the following in your email: Subject line: Misprint/Replacement Request; Body of the email should include: your name, the order number, the reason for your return and a description of the type of misprint, ill-printed or print-damaged material and finally please also include an image of the item(s).
Shipping costs will not be refunded and you are responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
