How long before I receive my order?

Transparently speaking, we want you in your fashion tee as soon as possible. Honestly speaking, I can say that as soon as you hit Submit, your order is immediately sent to dispatch and processed within 3-7 business days. Keep in mind that during periods of high volume/high demand the order can take 1-3 weeks for complete processing and shipping. 

What is your shipping cost?

Shipping is systematically calculated and you are able to view the amount of your shipping once you have selected your preferred Shipping Method and prior to submitting your order. 

How will I know when my order will arrive?

As soon as your item(s) ship(s) out, you will receive the available tracking information for your order. Depending on what method of communication you submitted at Checkout (ex. email address), using your track information, you can then track or receive updates from the available carriers: USPS, FedEx or UPS. 

If you used the Buy now Pay later method of payment, your shipping/tracking information may come via text message.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

At this time we are not able to alter your order once it has been submitted. Please reach out to us at info@iamtransparentlyfemale.com for additional assistance.

Why Didn't I Receive My Entire Order?

This may be true. Items may be shipped from different processing facilities. If you believe that you are missing part of your order contact us at info@iamtransparentlyfemale.com

Is There A Special Care Required For My Tee(s)?

Is special care required, no. Is special care highly recommended, ABSOLUTELY. We want you looking FASHIONABLY TRUTHFUL as long as possible, so, to keep your tee(s) looking fresh: Wash inside out in COLD water (with your gentle cycle clothing if possible); NEVER iron on the printed areas and I personally NEVER dry my tees. If you are able to do so, lay them flat to dry or hang them over the shower rod to air dry. I also immediately neatly fold my tees and place them flat in my drawer.
